This is short course for team members who will be working on project assignments using Microsoft Project Web Access. The team members learn how to view the methodology content in the context of their assignments. This includes: task descriptions, roles and responsibilities, and deliverables management - using examples and templates to complete their project deliverables. Special attention is paid to ensuring that Team Members understand how to provide process improvement suggestions as well as provide better organization specific examples of actual project deliverables that can be used in the future.
